So the sleepover was actually a week before her real birthday. The day of her birthday her Daddy picked her up from school for lunch, then after lunch she brought cupcakes to her class at school, then after school she brought cookies and sprites to her swim team all in celebration of turning 8. I don't think there is any reason not to celebrate all day long and with everyone you happen to be with on your birthday. So by the time we were celebrating at home that night after dinner, she took a couple bites of her cake and said, "I think I've had enough sweet for one day" And that is exactly how a birthday should end. :)
