So, we let Hannah have a slumber party for her 8th birthday. She was WAY excited and after it was done said, "that was the best night of my entire LIFE" Okay okay, she tends to be pretty dramatic about stuff like that (she gets it from her Dad). Anyway, we had pizza, and cake, and then the girls had a spa pampering night where they got their feet soaked, a hot wax hand bath (I forget what that is called), and then manicures and pedicures. It was a lot of fun! The girls watched a couple of movies and finally decided around 1 to turn the movie off and go to bed because their last soccer game was in the morning. Very sensible. Overall I was very happy with the success of the whole sleepover thing. And she had a great time so it was all worth it.
